Went in for an ultrasound on the arteries of both legs. I was in and out pretty fast. The tech explained everything before she did it. She was fantastic, and the gel was warm, big bonus. All staff that I came in contact with were efficient, pleasant and knowledgeable. 10/10
I came in Friday evening for surgery Saturday morning. I really liked how I was treated. All assigned staff was great, really enjoyed talking with them and their help. The only experience was when we were coming in the door the girl at the desk just set and didn't get up to get me a wheelchair. I was bent over in pain but made it to the chairs.
Dr. Chad Jones explained everything that he would do before the surgery. He made me feel very comfortable and confident about what was going to happen. The staff was very supportive and the facility was very clean. I am so grateful for Dr. Jones and would recommend him to others.
The nurse I had before surgery started, Sarah, was so kind and so calming. She was able to help me communicate what I needed from the anesthesiologist and staff. The nurse I had after surgery, Lisa, was also incredible. When I was still groggy and just waking up, she was kind and patient with me. Both of these women are EXACTLY what you pray for before undergoing operations. And a huge shoutout to my surgeon, Dr. Kory Miskin. He and his staff have been so helpful and patient with me throughout these past few weeks. I wouldn't recommend anyone else, and I will be back for my opposite foot in a few months.
The nurses and assistants at Northwest Medical are truly outstanding, but I want to take a moment to especially recognize Moriah. She is absolutely phenomenal--compassionate, empathetic, and always willing to go the extra mile. Caring for my mother hasn't just been her job; it's clear it's her calling. Moriah has a way of making my mother feel seen, valued, and cared for as if she were her only patient, even though I know she has many others. She remembers her name, personal details, and always greets her with warmth and kindness that puts us both at ease. The level of genuine care she shows is rare and such a blessing during this time. Northwest Medical is fortunate to have someone like Moriah on their team. She deserves the utmost praise--an absolutely amazing nurse who sets the standard for compassionate care.
