Terrible service. They schedule you half an hour before your supposed appointment time, and once you're in the exam room, they still take over an hour to see you. The worst part is they make you wait even longer because they have to give you an order for your appointment summary. In short, the doctor only spends five minutes examining you, and you spend about two hours sitting there, listening to laughter and chatter among the staff.

Rude representative I spoke today November 25, 2025 at 1014 am to schedule appointment for my elderly parent. In the summer they schedule appointments during the hottest hours of the day, now for the winter fall month early in the morning when it's cold for an elderly person 86

This was the first time I had gone to this clinic. I went for a glucose monitor which I could have ordered over the phone. But, that day I felt dizzy. I let the nurse practitioner know how I felt. Alma, placed her pen down and asked me why I was there. It was either monitor or dizziness. I left dizzy and walked out. Never have I experienced someone rude and uncaring. I'm fully insured 100 with Aetna. Unfortunately. I Will be looking to move to see real doctors. I did fill out a card with a complained. Lastly, she was late to see me. Please note, I've never had this experience in Avenue B

This is the absolute rudest facility of people I have ever encountered in the medical profession. Terrible..... Total waste of my time..... You don't make an appointment with a doctor because u feel great... You are there because u don't feel good and to be told oh there's nothing wrong is nothing but laziness and amiture nursing. Do the extra work to help your community or go home . Medical care here in Yuma stinks

Do not bother coming here (should've read previous reviews) maybe it's just my experience but service here is pathetic. While in the waiting room you can hear ALL the conversations that the MAs are having, even if they are talking about you or your previous medical history which was so loud that it almost felt like a violation of HIPAA since I'm pretty sure other people were able to hear as well. I am not sure if the issue is that they have "paper" walls or if they talk too loud. There's a specific FNP that I would not recommend, not a pleasant visit at all. Other than that, customer service at the front desk was decent and most of them are friendly. If you do end up going, I hope you have a better experience, after all, there's not much to choose from in Yuma.
