This place has very poor care. If you love your loved ones do not send them here at all. They tried sending my grandma home with black toes. Said she would be septic if she got sent home but were going to do it so they didn't have to deal with her care. Lots of mal practice going on. No communication between Dr.s , nurses are not so on board with everything

Had surgery by who I feel is one of the BEST surgeons in town so this review bears NO reflection on him. Let me also add there were numerous exceptional people that helped with my care. However, the treatment I received from one individual was so egregious that it lowered the stars from 5 to 1. This individual, September Dunn, wrote complete lies in the notes in my medical record (its actually a crime to do so). She said I smelled of alcohol. NOT possible as I am not stupid enough to consume even mouthwash while in a hospital. Second, she wrote that I wanted to fire my surgeon. Also not true. I wanted to fire her. As far as the accusation of smelling like alcohol, why was she the only one to smell it? Why did NOBODY else or her for that matter ask if I had drank alcohol? Why was I not tested for the presence of alcohol in my system? It was a retaliatory entry in my records because she didnt like the fact I wanted to fire her. It was a statement made with absolutely nothing to back it up. My suggestion is, if you see her name associated in any way with your care, keep an eye on the notes she writes. If she has the chance, she will write falsehoods in order to make you look bad. Dont bother telling me to call a number. I have called it and it goes to voicemail. Another number i called said it would be 180 days before anyone got back to me. This post was intended to warn people about the individual named.

While anytime you're in the ER and then admitted to a room it's physically challenging, the facility and more importantly the staff were incredible. Luckily it turned out to be a 1 night stay but the staff of the 5th floor were amazing in all aspects. The night shift that cared for me upon admission and the day shift that took care of me the next day all get 5 stars! While I'd prefer to never be in a hospital it's nice to know there is one that provides premier services in Yuma.

I had a mixed experience during my Mom's stay at the hospital. On the positive side, the nurses were incredibly friendly, attentive, and helpful. Anytime she needed assistance, they responded promptly and with genuine care, which made a big difference in her comfort and recovery. However, the cleanliness of the hospital was concerning. When a fellow patient had a bowel movement on the floor while trying to reach the bathroom, the nurse did her best to clean it using towels, but no one came to properly sanitize or mop the area. Despite notifying the front desk and being assured it would be addressed, the mess remained into the next morning. Even after the cleaning lady came, the floor was still not mopped. Cleanliness and sanitation are critical in a healthcare setting, and I hope the hospital takes steps to improve in this area. The staff's kindness deserves to be matched by a safe and hygienic environment.

My experience was 100% amazing. All the nurses from beginning to end were great. They asked questions and constantly made sure I was feeling good and were understanding. Wish I could have personally thanked each and every one of my caregivers I had while I was there. Thank you all seriously.
