This is literally the worst health care office I have ever been so. So unorganized, didn't see me until an hour after my appointment. The Dr had every excuse then didn't even listen to me or give me the medication I came for.

Dr Gutierrez rushed through my visit, asked few questions and prescribed 2 medications within 10 minutes. He is quite proud of himself and treated me as if I were inferior to him. I will not be going back.

Doctor was good, however the staff was not so good. My appointment was at 2:30 and they didn't say anything to me, until I asked after 3. They also under charged my co-payment and when I called to ask why they were really rude to me saying is now my responsibility when it was their fault. Plus their office smells dirty, and looks really depressing. Good Doctor, everything else not so good.

My husband went to see him on a Monday of heartburn like pain, shortness of breath, swelling in his legs. The doctor dismissed this and scheduled appointments weeks out. On Saturday he had a full blown heart attack and almost didn't make it to the hospital. This doctor should have seen these warning signs and sent him straight to the ER. He was in congestive heart failure and it wasn't heartburn it was going across his chest. Needless to say I called and fired Dr. Gutierrez today!
