Terrible!!!!!! Worst experience I've ever endured trying to get medical care!!!! Office staff are beyond UNPROFESSIONAL AND USELESS! Forget speaking to an office manager. They told me I had to schedule a medical appointment with Dr. Fazil to formally report a staff member. This place is the worst of the worst!!!!!
being a patient at bio Family Clinic is the most convenient health care clinic I have ever been too. Everyone is so nice. Its so convenient, every thing is in the same place. if you need lab work done, its right here at the clinic. all your doctors are in the clinic as well. Yuma is so fortunate to have Bio Family Clinic in our area.
Love the new building!! They have a spacious waiting room with great ac and water for this yuma heat. The front desk service is amazing, fast and attentive. I'm glad they got the upgrade they deserved. Dr. Fazil is my doctor and he's always the best. Great place!
Very poor communication, changing appointments on people without notice. And never give you any answers just constantly referring you to more doctors who continue to refer you to more doctors. Waist of energy and time.
Some of the staff are very nice. I dont like the fact that you to sit waiting to get your BP temp ect, then walk back to the waiting room to wait to be called to see the Dr. I think they should take you to an exam room, take your vitals and wait for the Dr. This going back and forth is crazy. And no one seems to know how to take a proper BP. During the BP they are always asking questions. And they slap the cuff on immediately. I know how to take a proper BP, and this is one place thar does not. I asked why dont they call the patient back just before the Dr us ready to see them and eliminate the back and forth. There us no way to contact the Dr. You have to speak with their nurse. Half the time the Dr never gets the message.
