Staff is very rude and unprofessional. The individual who brought my husband back to the exam room took his blood pressure and walked out the door. Did not verify my husbands medication or ask if he needed any refills. Did not ask what was the reason for his visit. My husband is suppose to be on a shot . No one has submitted a prior authorization for the medication through our insurance. This was to be done back in October.
