Dr. Lisa M. Castellano, DO

Dr Castellano took excellent care of my 96 year old mom until her passing. She never made us feel rushed, always asked questions and always listened to any concerns or questions I had. My mom entered hospice care 2 months before she passed. I had questions about continuing her cardio meds during that time. I was told that once one is under hospice care doctors usually don't respond regarding patients. Dr Castellano returned my call without hesitation and kindly answered my questions, making me feel even more comfortable that I had made the right decision to put mom in hospice care and discontinue her medications. I can't thank her enough for her kindness and professionalism from start to finish.

During my long life I have had my share of medical appointments. Most of the time I feel like just one of the many patients they are quickly running through the office in order to reach the end and call it a day. My experience with the three doctors I use from Carondelet has been quite different, though. They all listen and give me their full attention the entire time they are there. Lisa Castellano is especially good, and she works with me to help me understand what is happening and to find the best approach to take. She gives me her full attention, and she is not put off by my questions and contrariness. I trust her knowledge and experience, and she trusts that I will follow her instructions and let her know if I see things differently.

Dr Castellano is a wonderful doctor who has helped me through many scary moments. She has a wonderful calming presence. She always has away of explaining things so that I understand them and never acts as if she is in a rush. I moved back from Florida for this and other great physicians in Tucson.

Dr. Castellano is one of the best doctors I've ever seen. She sincerely cares about her patients,I'm never rushed, she answers all my questions and provides full explanations. I wish all doctors had her level of sincere care.

Dr. Castellano is always shows concern and provides excellent patient care. She takes her time to listen to the patient needs and does not rush her patient. She's kind and takes the time to explain shes compasionate.she makes a difference in the Drs profession.
