i have been going here since about april and i haven't had really any problems until today. i'm not the type to write a review either but i missed a call from a receptionist evelyn as i was getting ready for work this morning. i had an appointment set for yesterday afternoon and it was for a check up, i was SUPPOSED to have an echo done on my heart and the woman at the front desk told me to wait for the call to set up the appointment. fast forward i still haven't gotten and call for an appointment, life happens i forgot i was waiting on a call. i had to cancel my appointment for yesterday because there's no point in going if i didn't get my echo done. so i told the woman on the phone yesterday that nobody ever reached out to me to get the echo done so i was wondering if i could reschedule and get my echo done this time too. the woman said on the phone yesterday someone should be calling me soon to get it done. okay great. anyway, this morning i called back and said that i won't be able to answer the phone seeing as i have to go to work and i won't be able to touch my phone. she leaves a second voicemail with the worst attitude, i should mention she was rude the first voicemail too. the tone in her voice took me back. making me feel like i'm the problem. it really rubbed me the wrong way and frustrated me because i can't just drop everything to answer the phone while im at work, and it wasn't my fault i didn't get a phone call to schedule the echo in the first place which she made me feel like in the tone of her voice. hopefully someone reads this and says something to her, she needs an attitude check asap. unless it's just me she decided to be rude to today.

We have seen three doctors at this facility that are world class. The front office bends over backwards to help accommodate you. The staff in the back were extremely helpful and even helped transfer my father into the car. Now we are needing expertise from one of the cardiologists and I trust him with his decisions which are a matter of life and death and I can't be more grateful.

Edit: the front reception staff is incredible. Always professional and friendly. I've seen them remain that way no matter how challenging the person before them seemed
Dr Patel is a very nice man. Seems caring enough but he has me on 4 BP meds (one being a combo med). When I passed out, he suspected I was dehydrated not that I was over medicated.
Now my other issue is his assistant Latricia Smith. I messaged to ask a question about dosage for one of my meds. Ms. Smith became indignant that I was even asking what the dose was since it had never changed. She became loud and unprofessional until I reminded her that I had passed out a couple times and Dr. Patel had temporarily changed it. After more attitude, she finally said she would contact Dr Patel about the matter. I thanked her for her help but she didn't hear because she had hung up in the middle of my goodbye. Real nice

The cardiologist's assistant attempted to provide an ECG that was not necessary but does create a billable service. It was not performed but I was charged for it. After several calls/emails and the office researching it, the office agreed the charge was an error and it would be reversed. It wasn't. Other, small charges were added to my bill some time after my appointment and original payments. Paid it, walked away, and wrote a review. For the medical issue I came in for, my internal physician provided an alternate explanation that seems more appropriate.

Took my mom here for a Dr. Appt . They did not get her records even though they had 3 weeks to get her paperwork. They were scrambling to find anything they could. Was a waist of time . Dr. Kidat Said we want to see you back in 3 months??? Worthless and uncaring. Might as well forget wanting help . Seek an office that cares and is on top of patient care! Do Not Go here!!!!!
