The positive experience started when we walked in the door. The receptionist was so friendly so early in the morning! Ha. Everyone was exceptionally kind and informative. It was apparent watching the interaction of all the staff that they cared about everyone there and each other. The entire experience was a pleasure and I'm so happy my primary doctor sent us to Pima Heart.
When I heard these words "your Husband is a walking time bomb" I immediately called Pima Heart. We had been going through a month of hell trying to find out why my husband passed out cold. Two trips to Emergency, admitted both times. He had almost every test imaginable. At the end we had no answers and a lot of incorrect information entered into his medical records. While wearing a heart monitor that we tried to get for a week an EVENT registered. No time to fool around, he needed a Pacemaker STAT. That is when I insisted on going to Pima Heart. I had done very heavy research and always came up with Pima Heart as the best. A friend told us about Dr. Decena. We were not his patients. At this time most Doctors couldn't see him for two to three months. When I explained the situation was dire and I wanted Dr. Decena, Pima Heart staff went into high gear. Fitting us in for consultation that same afternoon. The next morning Dr. Decena did the Pacemaker Surgery. All this within 24 hours. Amazing! Every follow up with Dr. Decena at every Pima Heart facility was handled quickly, efficiently and by the most competent staff we have ever dealt with. Including all with smiling faces....again, amazing. They saved my husband's life. Thank you all with Dr. Decena and Pima Heart and Vascular.
Dr. Decena is the best. I wish all of my doctors were as nice and thorough as Dr. Decena.
Great doctors. Friendly staff. Address needs to be easier to see from River Road. Lots of fast moving traffic.
