South Mountain Cardiology

The front desk staff are always wonderful however, this was the first appointment with my new cardiologist, Camille. She is, undoubtedly, one of the best doctors I've ever encountered. She was professional, kind and engaging. She showed a genuine interest in helping me understand the issues I am having with my heart. She explained which areas needed to be addressed and ordered the appropriate tests so we would have an accurate list of procedures scheduled by priority. She gave a clear and concise overview of my heart health with compassion and a sense of humor that quelled any fears I had prior to my visit. I hope Camille enjoys a long career with South Mountain Cardiology.

Such a wonderful experience here with Dr Camille Jones. I am so impressed and feel so comfortable even though English isn't my first language. She is very knowledgeable but you can tell she genuinely cares about every detail. She listens to you very carefully and always consider everything you say. Thank you so much

From my experience here most employers here are unprofessional. Personal paper work left on patent side of front desk. When I walked in I was asked if the paper work on the desk was mine. Anyone could have easily taken if since it was unknowingly left without them noticing. The nurse I had was extremely judgmental. Answering basic medical questions were often followed by unwanted non medical advice/statements. Situations like this is why a lot of people lie to doctors or don't feel comfortable reaching out for help. My doctor was also a problem and a big waste of time. He walks in and immediately states how he didn't feel like coming into my room to do his job because he has so much faith in the nurse that saw me moments before. I was referred to them by my dr now. This location called me to schedule an appointment but when I was there they didn't have any of my information that should have been faxed before I scheduled my appointment and proceeded to tell me to buy my own medical copies to show them because it's an inconvenience for them to ask for my files to be faxed due to "the ekg lines might not be sharp enough to tell" after explaining that I can't leave and come back same day since I took the bus. He finally agreed to have it faxed and said "call us back in a few weeks to make sure we have it so you can reschedule." I do not feel comfortable going back to this location. Patients should not be treated like an inconvenience when the doctors are ill prepared or when they don't have similar lifestyles as them.

My experience with South Mountain Cardiology was fantastic! The staff were all very pleasant. I met with Camelle and Dr. Husain. They both took the time to listen to me and were considerate of my concerns. They were very compassionate. I found them both easy to talk to. I left feeling very optimistic!

I was very impressed with South Mountain Cardiology. From the check-in with a very welcoming front desk staff all the way through my appointment, I was treated with car, compassion and respect. You can tell they care about their patients. Highly recommend.
