Dr Sadeghinia is borderline rude. I thought my first experience with her was because maybe she was just having an off day but after my 2nd experience...nope, that seems to be her personality. She doesn't listen because after she asked a question then a couple minutes later she would ask the exact same question. It's as if she hadn't even read the patient chart before coming into the room so she's doing that (catching up on reading the chart) while she's asking questions obviously not retaining the answers to her questions. The receptionist is snacking at the front desk and scrolling on her phone - overall an unwelcoming, uncomfortable and unpleasant experience.

My husband really likes Dr. Gupta. He used to see him at his previous practice and followed him to his new one in Surprise. It is nice having him closer to where we live. Dr. Gupta is thorough and explains things well.

Outstanding Cardiologist, but Ongoing Administrative Struggles
Dr. Michelle Mix is truly one of the most exceptional cardiologists I have ever worked with. Her depth of knowledge, clear communication, and genuine compassion for her patients are remarkable. She takes time to listen, explains everything thoroughly, and consistently provides expert, personalized care. From a medical perspective, she is outstanding in every way.
Unfortunately, the same level of excellence does not extend to her administrative team. Reaching the office, scheduling appointments, getting prescriptions refilled, or following up on anything related to care outside of the exam room is an ongoing challenge. Calls are rarely answered or returned. Requests often fall through the cracks. Even the most basic tasks require repeated outreach and significant time and effort from the patient.
This has been a consistent problem for years and creates an unnecessary obstacle to receiving the excellent medical care Dr. Mix provides. It is frustrating, exhausting, and deeply disappointing that such a skilled doctor is supported by an office that operates with such disorganization and inefficiency.
If you are willing to deal with the administrative difficulties, Dr. Mix's care is absolutely worth it. But patients should be prepared for the ongoing struggle to access that care due to the serious shortcomings of her office staff. I hope the practice makes significant improvements soon because Dr. Mix deserves a team that reflects the same high standards she holds in her medical practice.

No handicap parking at entrance. Not a good location for the elderly.
