If I could give negative stars I would! My father has been a patient of Patel's for 10+years. This last experience with the insanely RUDE office secretary was absolutely unacceptable! I do not know her name, but she has a lip piercing.. My dad showed up for his appointment that had been scheduled for months and they were informed that they had cancelled the appointment...1) My dad was never notified prior to showing up for the appointment 2) when my dad arrived she was so rude and started putting him down saying it was a listening issue and then my dad said he can hear just fine and this chick said well I guess it was a understanding issue!!! Calling my father stupid!! Going to make sure no one I communicate with ever goes to this office. I do not give poor reviews like this often but this is the worst experience and warrants a HUGE RED FLAG for anyone referred to Dr. Patels office for cardiology... -- Find another doctor and a different office - this is not the place you want to deal with.
