I really like Dr Jasminder Bardin and the staff is friendly and helpful. I recently switched from one Banner practice to this one after Dr Vo left. Ever since seeing Dr Rea and Dr Bardin I am getting balance billed-sometimes months after my appointment! Dr Rea's [on Statler] bill i let go to collections and eventually i guess banner wrote it off. Then I saw Bardin [on Meeker] and got balanced billed too. Then just prior to being seen for my 2nd visit with Bardin, I spoke with 2 people at this location about the previous bill. They assure me AND Tricare West assures me I do not owe anything other than my copay for these visits--it is against their contract. Katie, who i think is the office manager took care of it and left a voicemail for me a couple weeks later saying my balance is now at zero. Now I just got a bill for that visit. My husband and I both have tricare west and he doesn't get any bills. It's useless to talk to billing. Now I have to call the office manager after each visit to clear up the billing? I don't know where the breakdown is but someone needs to at least let central billing know not to get rude with me when I dispute because clearly I'm not wrong.

Dr Albreicht is an excellent doctor. I have been very pleased with how he handled my surgery both before and after. He answered all our questions and fully addressed any concerns we had. Would definitely recommend him.

I moved to AZ just 3 months ago. While I was moving to AZ, I had a CT scan done to my abdomen which shows a growing "growth" on my kidney. My Gi doctor in WA was ready to send me to surgery consult. When I was finally able to secure a PcP, she without exam or looking at my WA tests, put in a referral to a general surgeon who canceled on me via voicemail on the day I was supposed to meet with them. My issue apparently was not on their care. She is unresponsive and has yet to this day discuss with me the blood tests she ordered. 6 out of the ten taken are outside of range and concerning. Via the app, she sent me to a urologist. I arrived with printouts of the Banner blood tests and the results of my WA ct scan which shows a growing mass on my kidney. That appointment was a disaster even though I had to wait weeks to see him. He was adamant that he have his own scans done and would not explain the blood tests done by Banner. At that appointment I was very confused and discouraged. After his statements, they left me in the exam room for more than 20 minutes. So, I left. I assume my departure meant no progress. But who would have stayed to hear there's another scan and waiting months for another co consultation? No one seems to care that I have a "growing" issue--and, symptoms. I am frustrated and discouraged- along with concerned that it will take further months to take care of me, even though I have on paper there is an issue. I did not feel heard or my information prepared for the appointment addressed.

Moved from out of state. I was very impressed with the assistance I received to to find a provider was very quickly referred to a provider and received an appointment. Saw the care physician and everything went very smoothly. We ordered test. I got them that day we ordered Additional tests that needed to be done and was referred quickly and made appointments with care physicians. Overall it was an excellent experience and I'm gonna try and set my husband up to go to bad health as well.

Do not go here unless you live close to the facility and don't mind them requiring several visits before they will even schedule your routine colonoscopy. I was referred here by my Banner primary care physician, but after the first visit when they refused to schedule the needed procedure, scheduling a followup instead, I decided to read the reviews. I wish I had read them first. My resolution was to find the best gastro Dr in my area and get a referral to them. Good luck and don't let these guys mess with you.
