I visited the ER and was obvioulsy low on the priority list. That is good. That means plenty of other people were sicker than I. I would have preferred a bed to manage my pain rather than the RP setting. Everyone was awesome. I remember Diego, Morgan and the wonderful Lauren. I wasn't the sickest person in the building by far, so I understand the delays while you juggle mutliple cases. The digital assistant touched base with me with updates. I do think the RP rooms/curtained zones need a nurse call button. For me, I feel like it created additional anxiety be confined in an approx 7'x7' curtained space with a recliner. I understand the need for such a space to manage beds but listening to others playing Comedian entertainers talking dirty on their phones, or incessantly talking to someone on the phone. Kind of ramps up the stress. The lighting is also bright for everyone in that zone. I really just wanted to close my eyes and try to relax and focus on managing my pain. Thank you Banner for taking care of me. The team was awesome! I'm sure I will return again in the future.

Do better Banner! Making loved ones stay in a waiting room while their person has been in recovery for over 2.5 hours after major surgery is ridiculous! You won't allow spouses back until the patient is assigned a room and ready for transport. That is just BS. You must not think we care about our spouses and/or don't realize the power of the sound of a loved ones voice. Other hospitals allow you back while the patient is in recovery, so what is your problem? This was a scheduled surgery and you knew my husband was staying for a week a long time ago and yet he doesn't have a room yet!

I visited the ER this morning due to dizziness and balance issues. The care and compassion I received was remarkable! I was taken back to a room within 10 min of arriving. My Nurse Tony was outstanding. Not only his obvious compassion , but he took the time to explain everything in detail. I have never had such a kind and wonderful nurse. Eric the physical therapist was awesome as well! Caring and took his time with testing and explaining everything. Lastly Dr Dawson was another bright light in a scary visit to the ER. This all outshines a visit my husband had at Abrazzo West a couple of months ago. He was ignored and treated pretty poorly, especially by his ER nurse. If either of us are in need of medical attention in the future we will travel the extra miles to go Banner Del Webb!!

Staff was unprofessional and immature at times. My father was admitted after a routine appointment related to benign tumor in his throat and found to have anemia and internal bleeding. For the next few days, he had been going through pain and headaches and the staff keeps blowing him off like it's nothing severe. At one point he had went off on one of the nurses who treated him like crap. Then one day he said he heard a pop in his chest and was short on breath. Nurses kept telling me and my aunt (his sister) that everything was normal and showed me his vitals and that the pain meds hadn't kicked in. Now we are waiting for his discharge as we speak. I'm hearing other patients acting out in the same way on this floor as well

have stayed here twice myself along with other family members and we have only had GREAT experiences. Dr. Kim (in ICU) very recently saved my dad's life and we're SO grateful. the entire staff is so kind & helpful. highly recommend, your loved ones will be safe here.
