She didn't just settle for surface answers--she ordered a more detailed ultrasound of my veins to pinpoint exactly what was causing the problem, and she acted quickly and decisively. Protocol for scheduling an appointment as a new client was challenging. However, I was very pleased with my experience once I arrived at the office. Dr. Tallarita is exceptional. He spent time discussing my issue in detail with CT images and findings and answered all my questions. He made recommendations and follow up appointments prior to the end of my visit. He then walked me to the check out desk. I am grateful!!! High marks *****

In my sincerest opinion, I would recommend avoiding this place...UNLESS you enjoy waiting or enjoy not being on time for the rest of your day's schedule. Speaking of which, I just had my third appointment at this location and my provider was running 30-45 minutes behind...again. How do I know this? There is a dry erase board at check-in that shows how far behind providers are. So on THREE consecutive MID-MORNING visits (not afternoon), my provider was running behind by up to 45 minutes. Additionally, on my second visit, the staff brought me back to an exam room where I sat for ANOTHER (loving my caps for emphasis) 17 minutes before I had to walk out to the nurse's station and ask where the doctor was. With that said, my wife and I are huge fans of HonorHealth and we have received excellent care and service from every other facility we've been to, which has been quite a few. In fact, we tell our friends that HH is the best healthcare system not only in Arizona, but other states that we have lived as well; based on our experiences. So what is the issue at this location? The employees at this facility are great, but management leaves much to be desired. If management thinks that these types of delays are acceptable, then they are either incompetent or complacent - neither are good for running a business. Some might suggest that doctor's visits can sometimes run behind schedule, which is mostly an excuse for laziness on management's part. Posting a dry erase board to show delayed times actually proves this point. Furthermore, I'm guessing that displaying postponed times are shown to mollify patients' attitudes towards these delays by lowering their expectations of being seen at their scheduled appointment time. I wonder how many more negative reviews they would receive if they didn't show how far providers were running behind. By the way, there was additional providers who were delayed by 30-45 minutes on every single one of my visits. To recap, I would DEFINITELY recommend staying with HonorHealth...and DEFINITELY suggest going to a different location. It will probably even be worth the drive, even if it's further away. Unfortunately, that is what I had to do. Sorry HH for the one star review, but this is well deserved.

Arrived to an easy check-in, minimal time in the waiting room and congenial staff for documentation of vitals. The physician's assistant spent whatever time needed explaining procedures and answering questions. Dr. Aldailami was very kind, thorough and informative. Staff and Doc were Fantastic felt confident in Doc Collins. She came across as very knowledgeable and didn't shy away from questions when I asked. Also didn't appear to be in a hurry, took time to answer my questions. Very pleased with my visit.
