Very friendly, professional, and caring staff. Thomas, Matthew, and Dr. Wakwe were all great and didn't make me feel rushed or like I was taking up their time. Dr. Wakwe spent a good amount of time with me going over everything. It wasn't a typical case where you wait for 15 minutes in the lobby and speak to the doctor for three.
I was recently referred to Dr. Riley's office for a consultation regarding an aortic valve replacement, and I cannot speak highly enough about the experience. I came in with two full pages of detailed questions, and Dr. Riley took the time, care, and genuine concern to answer every single one of them thoroughly. He never made me feel rushed or overwhelmed--instead, he made me feel informed, supported, and confident about the next steps in my care. Very knowledgeable, and polite. They listened to our concerns and addressed them completely in a manner that was understandable and friendly. We met worth the PA (very knowledgeable) and Dr. Walkwe stopped in to see us as well.
