Heart Clinic

Saw for the 1st time today, very kind, very professional. The Dr. Is genuine and definitely made me feel a little better about my health. THANK YOU! EDIT*** I've never in my adult life had such a good Dr. The way he has made himself available is unbelievable to me... Simply put, he is absolutley AMAZING!

I have had many Doctors over my 83 years. I have never written a review of one, not good or bad never a review, A reason for that. I was never impressed enough to write a good review and if I was not positively impressed I just stayed the course until i could quietly move on. But not this time ! This is the real deal. Knowledgeable and not just is a narrow focused way but broadly covering the full spectrum of the subject. Cares ? Thorough ? How about having you report directly three times a day when he changes you blood pressure meds and then he replies with feedback so you know how you are doing. The facility is well equipped, It is far to capable to just call it a office. The staff is just as capable and friendly as he is. AND if you need to get in, he gets you IN. I could go on for pages but concluding, he is all things Cardio and in all ways a great Doc and human being. Thanks Doctor Doss.

I was recommended to Dr Doss by honor health hospital on Shea because of an irregular heart beat that is consistent. Over the course of the last two months I've been to the clinic a total of 5 visits. I've had an EKG, Stress test, Echo, wore a heart monitor for 2 weeks and still no answers to what is going on with my heart. The first echo I had the technician said that "your chest must be hurting consistently because your heart beat is very irregular." The test seemed to have gone well, pin pointing what may be happening. Awaiting to see doctor doss I get a phone call stating that the echo machine broke and I had to come back for another echo. When coming in for the second echo since the first failed, it was a much faster test that seemed rushed and I still wasn't met with dr doss for answers. Then they scheduled me for Friday April 1st. On Wednesday I received a phone call that the doctor would be out of the office and they needed to move my appt to the following Wednesday April 6th. I was pretty upset because I need answers, I am uncomfortable all the time and I have three kids who need me. I don't take my heart troubles lightly. Doctor doss proceeded to do a phone call for me to answer any questions and said "all of your tests came back perfect.." which makes no sense because if you listen to my heart right now, the heart beat is irregular and my chest is hurting. Multiple hospitals have told me there is clearly an issue with my heart including abrazo. I asked him how this could be possible and almost felt like he was just trying to get me off his back. He then asked if I had my heart monitor stuff done and I was shocked because it had been over 2 weeks since I returned my heart monitor. He said he would call me back and I still haven't received a call back. Then my mother called Friday the day of my original appt to see doctor Doss before they moved it, and he was in!!! So now, the lies, inconsistency, "broken machines", and pushing me off when I clearly have heart troubles has led me to pick up my documents and find someone else to help fix me. I am extremely frustrated and lost all faith that this doctor. The only reason I am not giving 1 star is because he is a very nice person and maybe there was a mistake, but being nice isn't fixing my heart and the lack of contacting me to help me has put me at a stand still for fixing something I've lived with for too long.

Dr, Ramy Doss is simply outstanding, Kind, listens doesn't do the Doctor God thing, Incredibly knowledgeable and a workaholic.Treats you like you are his only patient. Not unlikely if you are in the hospital to see him at 5 AM or 9 PM or both. You may have to wait for him in the waiting room of his office but that's because he is taking just as much time and be just as thorough with the patient in front of you or he could be at the hospital saving someone's life. Do not go here! They are only after one thing, your money. As I was waiting for the doctor I overheard their billing department yelling at a patient (!) on the phone that if they wanted to see the doctor they had been pay their bills. Pretty disgusting. Then I had the experience of them sending threatening letters to me that I owed them money for a check up, which I insurance listed as paid in full. When I called them about they said, 'oh we're just behind and haven't gotten around to finding your payment yet.' Then why send me a letter? Worst clinic I have ever been to.
