Fantastic cardiology group! My family member was in the hospital and the doctors at cardiovascular institute took such great care of her! They were caring, comforting, and very professional. The Hospital NP Megan was so helpful, informative, and took great care of me! Definitely would recommend them!

Megan is the best. She really cares about her patients and she has a wealth of knowledge. My family member was well taken care of.

If you come to see one of the six doctors here, make sure you meet the friendly and helpful Parker, heart nurse assistant. More staff should be like her... hard-worker who has a pleasant disposition when working with patients. She made a Difference working on February 5, 2025 and we'd like to recognize her for that. After having an unpleasant staff member, checking us in at the front desk. Seriously, it's only 8:30 in the morning, and we encountered A staff member who obviously needs an attitude adjustment. Of course, I realize they see hundreds of patients a day, but at least care for people in general or don't take a " front line" position. This isn't the first time we've encountered this rude woman at the front desk. I simply asked where I was supposed to wait with my mother who uses a wheelchair. The rude woman snapped at me and pointed and said "right there".. and pointed to a wall of chairs. There was no empty space to back a wheelchair and to wait. So when an elderly patient comes in in a wheelchair, they practically are in the way of the aisle in the seating arrangements because there's no space open for a wheelchair to be parked, while waiting to be called back. That's really unacceptable in this day and age!!! Not everybody coming to see a heart doctor is walking. Likewise the doors to the waiting room should be automatic. You shouldn't have to pull open the door and push in a wheelchair. Please make the necessary adjustments to accommodate people who aren't walking in to see a heart doctor. Take a few chairs away from the wall so there's a space for a wheelchair. Dr Stearns' doctor team ( Kim), took care of my elderly mother, and was very kind, to take the time to explain her excellent-heart health. The doctors here are confident and caring. The staff members that do the EKGs, check your blood pressure, and basically assign you to the Exam rooms Are sweet and pleasant. Just put those Frontline people at the front desk, through some compassion training. We are all humans. We can do better by starting with a smile and greeting when we roll into this waiting room no matter the age of the patient.

The best cardiology group around. All of the staff are very knowledgeable and professional. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of their services.
