Priority Family Medical Clinic

Was tired of doctors coming and going in our little town. I discovered Priority several years ago and have been very happy with them. The staff always gets back to me right away when I have a question-usually with an hour or two. I've even had the NPs contact me after hours if I had a specific question that only they- could answer. I've seen both Gann and Mahler and both are very professional and attentive. Thank you Priority!

Tried to get in to have my children seen for their annual well checks. The staff was very rigid about time being 3pm and the last visit couldn't be later than 330. I said from the first time I scheduled they are kids and will be getting out of school at 245. We will get over there as soon as we possibly can. This was made very clear. The appointment(s) had originally been scheduled for last month. I had to schedule to separate appointments on two separate days for my kids bc they couldn't get them in together for some reason. I've never had to experience that in the past. Then I received a call stating they had to be rescheduled a month later bc someone quit. I again said to the scheduler my kids are getting out of school. We will get there as soon as we can once school is out. I then called today before we were to have our appointment to again reiterate we would be a few minutes late making it in. I got a call while circling the parking lot trying to find parking stating we had two minutes left before they'd cancel my son's appointment. The woman who called was rude. I was extremely frustrated trying to rush across town to get them in as quickly as I could. I ended up canceling their appointments from the parking lot due to the way the receptionist spoke. We came here last year for their check ups and had had a great experience. This office came highly recommended. Last year I was able to have a later appointment which allowed us time to get over after school and I could get them both in together. I do not know know what has happened in a year but it is very disappointing.

You would think this place would accept military/veteran insurance considering Mr. Gann worked for the VA for and with Veterans for 6 years.

TERRIBLE: Wanted to become new patient in the future. Not allowed to speak to no one right away, had to leave a voicemail only to be called back a half a day later when an extremely rude attitude. Sounds like a practice for profit situation.

My family and I have been patients of Priority for years. The front office staff is very helpful and responsive. Tom is very knowledgeable, professional and has an obvious heart for the health of the community. I trust Tom and his team with the health of my family. The clinic worked tirelessly over the past years during COVID to help the community navigate through the pandemic with sound information and diligent care. Why would you go anywhere else?
