I have been there twice and have found everyone very polite and friendly. I look forward to finding out test results. And moving forward from there. I met Dr. Duoing, yesterday 12/2/25. He is down to earth, genuinely listens , clearly puts patient care first. I am blessed to have been assigned his patient since my Dr, Dr Patel, is no longer with the group practice. Thank God. Dr. Patel is great. He doesn't beat around the bush and is very honest. The staff is nice. Sometimes there is a long weight but honestly I go to a lot of doctors and this is something that happens at most places. Some patients just take more time than others and honestly I'm glad he spends the time needed with them because I know he will with me also. Definitely recommend Him.
I was worried about my procedure, but after speaking to the nurse first, I felt better. Dr. Tran explained everything that he was doing as he was doing it, and that definitely made me more comfortable. They are amazing and caring.
Dr. Tran and his assistant Britt were very helpful in explaining my procedure. He was so fast he was done before I knew it! I have also worked with Dr. Patel. All the staff is kind and efficient. The doctors are superb!
DNP Monica Rauton was very kind to me during (esp.) my last visit in a time when I'm not getting much of that in any area of my life--let alone a doctor's office. She was also particularly helpful when I'm becoming more disenchanted by healthcare staff with every next visit to any provider. I appreciate these elements so much.
