They are very bad at returning calls and answering questions and following up. They also cancelled my appointment and aren't able to reschedule it for over a month when the original appointment was booked a year in advance. Very rude office staff and Dr won't actually do a papsmear when that is what I was scheduled for.

Dr. Lacaze is pleasant and knowledgable. I feel well attended to, him going point by point from information from the last visit, offering efficient expertise and reassurance, and willing to entertain questions. When I originally turned down a "big guns" medication and changed my mind the next day, the accompanying systems were efficient and kind in helping me get what I needed to feel better!

Dr. Lacaze is a rare find. He's competent, spends as much time is needed with each patient and always has a smile on his face. Love his staff too!

Can't say enough about Dr Lacaze, he truly cares about his patients. I trust him, which is the best compliment I can give him coming from someone who not comfortable around Doctors. Thank you Dr Lacase.

Dr. Lacaze is a good and friendly doctor so long as you agree with everything he says without question. If you mention a different opinion or ask for further procedures he becomes rude and unprofessional. Example: I went in for an appointment to review certain results, and when I got into the room he told me he never received the results...soooo why was I there? His staff should have called me to reschedule. A minute later when he asked if I had any questions I said something like "I guess I will call them to see about the results". He just looked at me and said something like "well that's not a question"... Really? Not even an apology for wasting my time (and my copay). Changing to a different primary
