All around amazing experience, specially for Prescott.
Both my husband and I are new patients. Dr. Christensen was great !! We learned some important new things about our health, and positive changes were made.
The bonus is we both felt comfortable and heard !
I think a master class should be taught by Dr. Christensen to other doctors. The last 3 specialists I saw did not even introduce themselves. I was very uncomfortable with that.

Dr Christensen is that rare combination of knowledgeable and attentive. The entire staff seemed responsible and kind. Bonus: there was no wait time. Very glad to have found a good PCP in this town.

I have been requesting the results of a stress echo that Dr. Christiansen ordered. He also discussed the results with me as they ordering physician. after calling their office for three weeks and on my third or fourth attempt I was told that they could not send me the results that I'd have to get it from the hospital! This is after I have been waiting to receive them in the mail for the past 2 to 3 weeks because two other people told me they were going to send me a copy of the report.
This is absolutely unprofessional and unconscionable of this practice to do to its patients. As the ordering physician and my PCP, who discussed the results with me, I have a right to my records and they're refusing to give me a copy of the report.
I had a healthcare situation occur while I was traveling and needed the results, but can't seem to get them from their office.
This is also absolutely not the way any healthcare organization works, especially when a doctor sends you for a test and goes over those test results with you. for them to say that they can't release those records to you is Ludicrous.
No one there seems to know what they're doing and unfortunately it's at their patients expense.
