Sharing to correct future reviews. I was apprehensive due to old reviews. I took my father in last week. Front desk was efficient, kind and helpful. Dr Gordon was wonderful! His bed side manner was kind, he was thorough in his evaluation of our situation He needed an echocardiogram and it was done on the spot! The next morning Dr Gordon phoned me at 7:30am to check on him. To me that speaks volumes!! I highly recommend Dr Gordon.

We did have to wait for over an hour. However, Dr. Gordon and Dr. Nafisi are top notch.

Dr Gordon is thorough, knowledgeable and listens to what you are saying. The staff is helpful and detail oriented. Great visit!

Very bad and unprofessional experience. Paid up front for all my charges, they never followed up on my test results. I was billed from a 3rd party for a test I paid for up front. They left the charge resolution hanging long enough for it to go into collections. Went in person 3 times to try to resolve this. They did nothing. If you're looking for a Cardiology office, please pass this right by.

From the time Prescott Heart called to make an appointment for me thru the heart stress test, it was all an enjoyable experience. The 2 ladies at the front desk and sadly I did not get their names were helpful and friendly. Rich and Mike were friendly and funny. They were both very professional yet comforting. They both gave me a great deal of information but did not make me feel like an older person. Even the people in the lobby were friendly and at ease. Very good experience.
