The paperwork requested before the appointment seemed unnecessarily long and detailed. But once completed, my wait was pretty short. Nor did I wait very long to be seen by the doctor. Her examination was quick and seemed cursory, but I'msure her experience allowed for that. The alternative solutions were reasonable and I felt confident that all bases had been covered.

Excellent Service.. Easy to schedule, wait time was pretty close to my scheduled time, pleasant reception and technicians, .. I have been seeing Juliette for most of my visits over the last 17 years and she is knowledgeable. professional, and thorough.. I also get all of my questions answered to my satisfaction... I have also had several surgeries there over the years and all were very successful.. Highly recommended..

I do want to say that one of the office staff with long wavy blonde hair was very kind but the rest of my experience was awful. Horrible experience trying to get in with a new dermatologist. I showed up 30 minutes early for my appointment just to find out they scheduled wrong. I also provided my insurance information ahead of time to which they said they took only to later find out only because I called to try to get in sooner as it was urgent that they in fact didn't even take my insurance at all! If I wouldn't have done the research myself and waited two more days to be seen because of their mistake, I then would have found out they made another error I wouldn't get the urgent care I need right now. Or worse gotten things taken care of & then been billed for something I absolutely cannot afford right now. Do better!

I had my first visit with this office and overall it was a pleasant experience. The front desk staff were very friendly. The back office staff were nice too but I didn't find them to be the most accommodating. I was just a little disappointed that the appointment felt rushed and they didn't feel it important to provide me with an all over skin cancer check as I requested. They said that it wasn't what I was referred for and that they didn't have the time to do it during my visit, that I need to make another appointment for it. Even if it wasn't what I was directly referred for it's a preventative measure and it would have been nice if they considered that my out of pocket office visit cost to see them is $100. Kind of steep because I don't have the greatest insurance plan. It would have been nice to have all my concerns addressed in this one appointment so I don't have to return just to pay another $100 to get my questions answered. Plus, as I said the appointment felt rushed and the main provider maybe spent five minutes of the thirty minutes I was booked for, so maybe they could've made the time for it. It's also not super convenient for me to return as I have an infant and getting out of the house is a bit of a chore and I live 30 minutes away.

I've been to this office several times in 2.5years. Ive always been treated very professionally. This appt was for PTD, first time. As usual treated well. It was a busier day than usual and I was 30mins late getting into a rm. Pre treatment done. Came back in 3hrs then light "16min 14secs" youch! Stings so bad. Home recovery no problem. April is always such a good cheerleader!
