Everyone was nice, although the follow-through used to be worked on The doctor almost act like he promised that you'll do something then weeks later finding that he just passionized me Rather than being honest in the first place saying it's against her policy doing this, I felt almost lied to to keep me calm. What happened to being honest with others.
Dr Reddy is my husband's Dr, he is the most kind, considerate physician. We always leave his office feeling grateful for finding him and knowing he's treating my husband, with the best care possible.
These doctors do not communicate with each other. One Dr told me to take my loop recorder out....after calling me multiple times I scheduled that. After waiting for an hour in the waiting room the Dr asked me why I was there . like if they didn't call me multiple times to schedule this appointment, wasted half a day of work and they had no idea what was going on. Very unorganized and unprofessional
Dr Reddy is a EXCELLENT doctor with a very dysfunctional office staff at both the Prescott and Prescott Valley locations. The offices phone systems aren't any better. It appears to me that there is a lack of accountability on their part.
Dr. Pattanshetty is such a kind and knowledgeable cardiologist explaining in detail in regards to our queries. He greets us with a warm smile & handshake. The office staff are friendly and accommodating to our needs. We highly recommend Dr. Pattanshetty to others!
