First appointment here was a great experience. I was able to fill out most of the new patient paperwork online prior to the appointment and that made everything so easy. The communication from this Office has just been excellent. Dr. Gracelyn Sales was very polite and I felt like she really listened to my concerns.
My appointment with Optima Medical was very positive. Arriving a half hour early, a thorough group of questions were asked via tablet while waiting to be called back. The wait was about 15 minutes, which was actually before my appointment time. All staff were very helpful and attentive. All my questions were addressed without feeling rushed through. A routine EKG was done with instant results followed by blood work. Thank you Optima for kind and patient care!
My experience with Optima Medical and Health Care provider, Jamie Potter was 5 Star out of 5! Due to everyone being on time, excellent phlebotomists, Jamie is very thorough and knowledgeable and answers all questions completely. These are the reasons I give everyone there a five star rating!
I've been a patient at the Prescott Valley location of Optima for many years. The front desk staff have always been helpful and accommodating. I am thankful that, if my appointment is at a particular time, I am always seen very close to that time; there's not a lot of unnecessary waiting like at other places. My medical provider, Armando, is very courteous and thorough with addressing conditions, follow up, prescriptions, and referrals. I have even recommended this location to a coworker. From my experience, I have no reason to go anywhere else.
I do not recommend anyone go to this place. They will prescribe you medication, then make it hard for you to get refills and want you to go in every time, just trying to get more money out of you. I made an appointment with the doctor, but she had an emergency. I can understand that they canceled my appointment for that reason, but I need my daily inhalers to breathe !!They refused to refill them for me without an appointment. They refused to give me refills when they were the ones who canceled my appointment. They told me they're not guaranteeing anything when all I'm asking for is my inhaler for my asthma. They even asked me to provide details of my medication when they have all the information right in front of them; it's just plain lazy. Please do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
