Dr. Duong is truly exceptional -- his care, knowledge, skill, and bedside manner are all top-tier. Every time I met with him, I felt listened to, valued, and genuinely cared for.
That said, the experience with the front office has been the opposite. When I called to schedule a follow-up, the staff came across as cold and dismissive, more focused on insurance details than helping me as a patient. It was a sharp contrast to the excellent care I've consistently received from Dr. Duong himself.

I can't say enough great things about Dr Nguyen and Dr Habash. Dr Nguyen is so friendly and easy to talk to. I spoke with Dr. Habash this morning about getting an ICD and he was so informative. He answered all my questions and allowed me to help make the decision to have it done or not. He treated me like a partner in the decision making process and not just a patient. Front desk staff is rude and likes to make noises under her breath ant you. Also she was training someone and was rude to her also....Couldn't be seen cause we were late. People have lives and things come up. If you really cared about the people coming to your office you could make it work. Especially if they actually show up...... 22 minutes late. With a courtesy call to let them know still refused to see the patient once we arrived. It takes at least 20min for the Dr to get back to talk to you once you arrive anyway. It's ok for them to make you wait but Heaven forbid if you're running late.
