I had an excellent experience with this acute rehab hospital. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the level of professionalism, compassion, and dedication shown by everyone especially the Business Development Director. Her commitment to guest service and patient care truly stands out. She went above and beyond to make sure every question was answered and that the patient experience was top notch from start to finish.
It's clear that this facility truly cares about its patients recovery and comfort. The staff work together seamlessly to provide personalized, high quality care in a welcoming environment. I would absolutely choose this hospital for myself or a loved one in the future. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place where both clinical excellence and genuine compassion are priorities.

I came to Reunion after Spinal Surgery andI am working on the Rehab which is difficult however the food keeps me here. It is delicious. The cooks surprise me with different recipes each day and the food is outstanding. The Rehab staff is amazing. They are are attentive, kind, and they inspire me to try my best every day. Props to my PT Greta, Speech Therapist Mara and my OT's Rod and Tory. The nurses,
cna's and rehab aide's are all so helpful and wonderful.

I just wanted to give a shout out to Jose LPN and Clinical Liaison for Reunion Rehab Hospital in Phoenix. Though my mother was ultimately denied access to go to his hospital by her insurance, Jose and his team worked tirelessly to get her approved. Jose went above and beyond to get her approved. He kept me informed every step of the way. We need more people like Jose who really care about what they do. Kudos Jose! You are a very special and talented individual. I will never forget your kindness and patience.

Was there to visit my dad as he had suffered from a serious car accident & may have permanent damage so situation already isn't going to well. Was there until noon in which this place serves lunch, and as I am sitting & eating lunch,I can overhear one of the cleaning staff, an old lady with gray hair, having a conversation & she saying very rude things about some of the patients & complaining about anther cleaning staff doesn't clean well, just very rude. Tried to say "good afternoon" to her & she just ignored me. This really stuck to me because it's a hard time & I will be contacting corporate because this is very rude to disrespectful of patients, other staff members & even visitors. I don't want this type of behavior & negativity around my dad. If I would've experienced this sooner, I would've made the decision to leave right away. Hopefully corporate does something about this because this is unacceptable. Would not recommend this place for your loved ones. How does a facility have a staff this rude?????? Again WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.... BEWARE 0/10 for me

I failed miserably after discharging from the hospital with spinal surgery. I was home for about nine days and went back in the hospital weaker than ever. Is transferred to reunion rehab and thank God I was. As an RN I'm critical of care but appreciative of good care. Initially, I was given a skin assessment, which is so critical for someone Who has been inactive as I was. As quickly evaluated the next day by physical therapy occupational therapy, medical doctors, pain, specialist, etc. etc. The therapy is rigorous, which is what I needed. The therapist are all excellent. Nursing staff and kitchen staff are all excellent. I cannot Say enough about this hospital and how much I appreciated being put back on my feet and on the road to good health. I recommend it highly.
