I have always respected Dr. Garg's care and his visits were always thorough. He is knowledgeable and friendly. Office is clean. However, his office staff and their communication is awful. I had an appointment scheduled for today. As in the past, there was no call, text, or email to confirm this appointment. Upon my arrival, the receptionist couldn't find my appointment. She searched using my date of birth and she informs me that my appointment was canceled because my provider changed his clinical hours. "We tried calling but there was no answer." This is unacceptable practice. I live 17
miles away from this office. Unfortunately, I will not be returning. I will be transferring my care back to my regular md. This is unfortunate. I do not recommend this location to anyone.
