Integrated Medical Services - Cardiology

Love the doctor can't work the portal thing have tried and tried to update it won't let me. Staff is usually great. Leaving a message sucks I don't think anyone ever gets them. Or they don't understand i am expecting an answer had a CT scan150.00 copay did it on the 23 rd of July said they still didn't have results on my appt date. I went straight to simonmed and the lady printed me a copy of it in fact two one for me a d one for the doc. As she handed them to me she looked at her screen she said they just read it. Something wrong with that system doc if I do all you want your staff needs to support you so I can seeand hear what you have to say. Very disappointed in that. I was also having some sort of spells I will call them called left a very detailed message don't think you got that one either. I really do like you dr but communication is key in this relationship. Thank you for all you do I see how busy you are. Take care God Blessuntil we see each other on Halloween (actually the 30th) don't want that screwed up either.

The Doctor (Cardiologist ) made me feel at ease and answered all my questions and probably because 2 of my immediate family members have monitored heart conditions, The Nurse gave me an EKG and told me the doctor would be in and go over my results with me, an irregular heartbeat and exam found my left leg heated and swollen so because that and family history he was taking extra care with me and gave me a stack of referrals. Stress test, vein mapping, (circulation problems diagnosed) and I think 1 other service. I thought he was very thorough and I understood he was doing some troubleshooting for better health. He was kind and respectful and allowed my fiancee in the office, also the secretary also scheduled all of my referral appointments and my return appt before I left the office. The staff was very friendly and the office had a large waiting room, parking garage, and the exam room was clean and the temperature was cool, not cold or uncomfortable. 5 Stars!

Dr bonitasiyo cardiology office are a bunch of inconsiderate reception office I've ever been to. They don't listen to you when you call them. They hang up they don't answer the phone when it comes to making an appointment is the hardest place that I've ever had to go through so many hoops just to get an appointment if you need a heart doctor go somewhere else. These people are no good Don't get me wrong. The doctor's good. It's his reception team. That sucks

The medical assistants were so nice and polite , i was seen quickly and all my questions and concerns were addressed by Dr. Bonifasiyo
