As soon as I walked in I was greeted by the nicest front desk person. Genuinely cared about how I was doing. The medical assistant who sees you before the doctor again was so nice and thorough. Dr Prakash was wonderful, so down to earth and really explained everything to me, took her time, answered any questions I had. I am really impressed with the doctor and her staff, I think I am going to have my husband switch over to Dr Prakash and this office

Dr Kauffman was clear in his communication, listened to my concerns, and came up with a plan of action. I didn't feel like he was rushing through the appointment, but was willing to take time to thoroughly understand my situation. He had a great demeanor. Best doctor I've had in my time since moving to Phoenix.

Dr. Yu's knowledge and attention to detail are exceptional, and he works with you to create a personalized care plan that you can feel confident about. He follows up promptly, addresses questions with clarity, and truly treats you as a whole person--not just a diagnosis. My husband is a patient of Dr. Yu, as well, and can't say enough good things about him. In addition, I have recommended him to my son-in-law.

Very nice location. Receptionist was friendly and had me in the room really fast. Technician was friendly and informed me of everything she was doing.

I went in for a transthoracic echocardiogram for SVT and the technician posted my results the same saying I had a "SEVERELY dilated left ventricle" with no other info.. so I immediately contacted my cardiologist to see if there is anything I should, or shouldn't be doing for that "diagnosis".. turns out my cardiologist said my left ventricle was normal and everything with my heart was normal so my lab result from that visit was redacted and updated.. if you go here and have tests done I would double check them to make sure they are accurate.
