Staff was friendly, office was clean. We didn't have to wait long to check in, before being seen or for the doctor to come into the room. Dr Krauthammer introduced himself and shook our hands. He was personable, explained everything, asked if we had questions and provided us pamphlets regarding the procedure. The doctor spent the right amount of time with us and we did not feel rushed.
