The nurse practitioner was very nice and pleasant. She explained everything throughly to me. It's always a great pleasure to visit their practice.

Dr Singh, as with all the back office staff, is always friendly and professional. My mother had a procedure done by him last year and we appreciate his kindness and directness.

Staff was very good and helpful. My PA was knowledgeable and helpful. Next appointment is 6 months out, so that in itself is good news!

The wait was hectic. I'm a disabled senior citizen and I have trouble with my feet and spine. I had a lower back spine surgery 7 years ago and when I woke up from surgery in the recovery room due to my lower back spine surgery. I couldn't feel my legs at all afterwards. Before having that surgery I walked into the hospital with both feet flat on the ground with my legs in good condition. Nothing wrong with my feet nor legs and now after having lower back spine surgery I have trouble walking, standing and sitting for a period of time. Not long at all after a few minutes.. I have to lay down most of my days just to have a little comfort in my spine and legs. The surgeons that did my surgery end up cutting the nerves to my legs.. So yesterday being in your main lobby room waiting to be called to the back rooms didn't make it any better for me. There where no place to sit nor stand in your lobby room. But other then that the office people where nice and helpful, plus the Nurse assistance and the doctor where also really nice and respectful. Everyone did there job.!

Dr. Reichert is very personable and informative. He takes time to answer all my questions and explain thoroughly if I don't understand. Great Dr.!
