We waited 40 minutes for our appointment- if we are late or miss, we are billed! When we checked in the desk could have mentioned how far behind they were, or called and notified us. After finally getting in a room, the staff was nice but no one told us we'd wait another 20 minutes for ekg, then we were told the Dr would be right in , THIRTY minutes later we didn't see the Dr, , the PA came in and asked a few questions and when offered again to wait for the Dr we declined and left. Why can't someone open the door and say heyyy, running late - especially after the 40 minutes late for the appointment - almost two hours and we had approximately 18 minutes of interaction with your staff- this doesn't help the blood pressure! Very frustrating - the people at the desk don't want to hear it either - saying it's a bad day without apologies or empathy is pretty poor customer service
