The providers are fine, but the front office needs to do better. They confirmed my grandfathers appointment that was scheduled months prior to hours later without notice. Stated that they called and "left a voicemail" on his landline, yet the only call he received was confirming his 12:30 appointment. I'm not sure who would just change the appointment time without confirming that time with an actual human being. Not to mention other people were checking in without any issues with the same doctor, so clearly not an emergency with the provider. Just very bad practice, not to mention the front desk lady was very rude with extreme attitude.
