Biltmore Cardiology at Scottsdale Campus

Just had an appointment today.December ninth two thousand and twenty five appointment time was for 3 o'clock pm. I arrive 15 minutes prior to this. And was taken back 30 minutes after my appointment time, and then was left to sit in the back room. By myself for almost 2 hours, when I decided to get-up-and-go check. I was greeted with hostility because I had the audacity to get-up-and-go. Hey, where is the doctor at only to be told? He had to go to the hospital. Meanwhile, nobody told me, hey, would you like to reschedule in the almost 2 hours? I was sitting there for wasting my time. I would award zero stars for this.Behavior

Dr Jaffe is pretty knowledgable, very straight to the point. However navigating through this office to get a clearance has been rather difficult and time-consuming (more time that was needed) to get a clearance. Would go to the office for follow-ups that were required and when I would go back they would not know why I was there, also I was referred to an outside provider to have a procedure done and was not able to get the appointment scheduled because the follow-up for results to a procedure I didn't even have yet. Thankfully for Janet she was able to make the process much easier for me, and has been a treasure! Absolutely love her! Yes navigating through this office has been difficult and having to make a lot of follow up calls, was not easy.

Dr William Jaffe, DO is very knowledgeable with so many years of experience but unfortunately the staff in his staff are rude , unprofessional and mean specially toward patients who are in need of assistance. She hang of the phone and lies about there was no authorization from insurance, she contact me two days of getting stress test scheduled, she had 20 days to get this authorization ( perhaps are using third party ) She said all my appointments is canceled and she will reschedule it till insurance approve it I offer to pay the service and don't worry about insurance, she said no if we are not allowing you to pay even though it's emergency, I contacted my insurance to clear this , and they said they have not received and request yes you can claim and recipe of payment send it to us for payment. She said I have to our office and fill out form that we missed to asked you to sign , was this mistake or her job , I said no problem I'll be there tomorrow morning. I had another appointment for endoscopy but they have not responded to endoscopy clinic, This lady must be related to one of the doctor who has right to talk to people with no respect , I have her voice recorded on my home camera since I was talking to her on speaker She lied about several times about something that didn't make sense. Today Someone from other location called me that I am okay to pay out of pocket and send me forward to scheduling Doctor Jaffe and guess what , same lady picked up the phone and said you are , I can't help you and hang up phone . Is this very unpleasant, unprofessional, rude person. I hope someone will teach her how to talk to patients specifically older people . Sincerely

Dr seemed ok enough The staff sucks though. Not very helpful and when leaving a message the girl speaking spoke so soft and fast that I could not make out a phone number to call back. Every time I call back I'm met w people being short w me. I'm done w this cardiology office.
