Don't go here! Dr. Jaffe is an ok physician, but this office, its staff and Biltmore Cardiology group is horrendous!!!! If you need your medical records from Biltmore sent to your new cardiologist, forget it. My new cardiologist has been requesting my records from Biltmore for months. I've requested them on the portal several times too and still my new cardiologist doesn't have them. Every other medical group I use quickly sends my records to my requesting physicians in a safe and secure manner. Biltmore Cardiology is archaic and doesn't take accountability for their lying staff and unsent records. They blame Datavant, the 3rd party records company they use and Datavant will claim Biltmore Cardiology never sent the request. Leaving the patient to scramble trying to get their own medical records. HonorHealth, Mayo Clinic, Ironwood Cancer Center and Dignity Health have no problems sending my medical records. Why can't Biltmore Cardiology? Dr. Jaffe isn't specialized in dysautonomia. If you think you may have POTS; go somewhere else. A few of the MA's stink strongly of cigarettes. They don't take blood pressure correctly. The front desk ladies have bad attitudes sometimes. The whole facility is really old and dirty. The MA's & Dr. Jaffe are ridiculously hard to communicate with on the patient portal. They never respond until the last minute. For example, I had awful skin reactions to the electrodes of the heart monitor I had to wear for a month. His MA did not respond to that message until the day before my followup appointment after turning the heart monitor in, which was 6 weeks after my message. I have permanent scars from the heart monitor now. Four months later and they still haven't faded.

Do NOT come here! I waited an hour for a follow-up with Dr. Jaffe, for a staff member tell me they don't have my results in and the doctor won't be seeing me. This was my second visit but the first was just as disorganized. Very poorly managed. I hardly ever write reviews, but this was too absurd.

Patient

The office has kept me waiting on each visit. Dr. Jaffe is knowledgeable and nice; however, the office is a mess. I have received approximately 75 automated phone calls about an appointment I never made. Chelsea, from the office, was rude and condescending and extraordinarily unhelpful. I will never go to this office again.

Patient

I hardly ever take the time to summit reviews but I this needs to be done. DO NOT GO here. Turn around and save yourself time and hassle. They DO NOT care about their patients. Long story short, you are just another patient number sitting in their piles of to do lists. I have been going back and forth with the insurance to try to get this test done that they denied and have been the one to advocate for myself. If I were in dying need of medical attention I would have probably had a heart attack and died by now. And they wouldn't care. I wish I would so I could sue them. For anyone with heart conditions, please don't go here! And for the people who are working here just for a check. Shame on you. Quit your job if you're not going to do it with integrity. Peoples lives are in your hands here.

Patient

I saw you guys when I was in desperate need of care to get my dysautonomia POTS diagnosed. Dr. Jaffe ordered the tilt table test and his office staff didn't do their job after that. I was told to call the Arizona Heart Hospital to schedule an appointment. I talked to them and they said they don't schedule appointments with the patient, that the office needs to do it. I called with this information THREE TIMES to try and give them the benefit of the doubt and fix the issue. I still haven't heard back, that was in November. I found a NEW cardiologist at Arizona Heart Rhythm Center and they got me the tilt table test scheduled in 3 days. You guys should really look into your office staff. No one wanted to take responsibility for it, kept pushing it on the office manager but they never contacted me either and I can only do so much as a patient.
