I never have to wait several hours to be seen always on schedule & receptions are always very courteous & polite& I always feel he's really listening to me & I never leave the office with concerns because they are always answered to me at my appointment visit. I'm never rushed out of my doctor's visit & all my concerns are taken care of & it's very nice to know that your concerns are your doctor's concerns also & I love my best friend so I recommended my doctor immediately knowing that she was going to be taken care well. The way I was always taking care of in his office.

Staff all look like they don't want to be there and have zero patience when scheduling patients. Waited almost 2 hours in the waiting room as a follow up appointment and when seen by the doctor for a span of 10 minutes Dr was quite dismissive and they couldn't do the ultrasound same day and schedule you one month out cause of how limited their times are and then a month out for the results, very frustrating experience overall.

This is a new doctor for me and I'll be looking for a better doctor office. It was the most horrific experience i ever had at a doctors office. I make it a habit to pay my co pays when seen that way I don't get any surprises. I did some testing and was told there was no copay, but then I got a bill in the mail for the testing. When I called them, they explained what happened and then i told them i would make an online payment. i had an appointment the following week when I checked in i was told there was an additional 15 for the testing. When i started questioning the receptionist she quickly developed an attitude as if i have had no right question the additional fee. Furthermore, I was denied access to my doctor unless i paid the 30.00 copay for previous test result. I have never been treated so horribly at my doctors office. needless to say this is no longer my cardiologist and i would not recommend this practice to anyone. I'ts a shame because i happen to like the doctor but i will not being seeing this doctor again.

Dr. Miner is amazing and she's always concerned about my health and good and bad habits that affect my health. She has great recommendations and is easy to talk to.

An Update to my review and the response provided by ACA. I was seen by a NP at this facility and she was professional and thorough. HOWEVER, the customer service is horrible. I again have called and left messages. Calls are not returned. I needed to reschedule a 2nd appointment. This is not just a one time occurrence with this facility. It is an ongoing problem. I was specifically referred to this office and a certain doctor after ending up in an emergency room in afib and tachycardia.... I was told I needed to see someone immediately and was referred to this office. I have called numerous times and left Numerous messages over the past almost 2 weeks and no one will call me back... If this is indicative of the care, they give their patients... I'm terrified.
