Call back from the admin side... ridiculous. They called my wife to cancel her appointment for heart testing because their admin department doesn't want to do their job and deal with our insurance to get the proper approval pushed through, so instead they called to tell us that its our responsibility to call them for the authorization and cancelled her appointment, morning of. Rude, argumentative, and unhelpful phone etiquette. Couldn't even give straight answers as to why they were having an issue. I'd rate 0/5 but here we are.
