I had a scheduled appointment 4 days ahead
When I called the office on Friday after 5 minutes wait somebody picked up the phone asked me to please wait and then I was on hold for another 10 minutes...
I called it again same thing happened after a half a minute somebody pick up the phone please hold then I'm again was on hold...
I went online tried to send them a message but unfortunately the system is down.
So if this is represent the American healthcare system today thank you but no thank you...

Horrible experience with this "Doctor". I spent over an hour waiting for Mr. Swarup to finally walk into the patient room, he spent less than 3 minutes talking to me.
You think that when you're a new patient, the doctor would be interested in hearing more about why you felt the need to visit a cardiologist. But no, he had zero interest in learning anything about me. He spent the entire 3 minutes on his phone texting. I had a EKG test with me from 5 days ago that I wanted him to review, and he glanced at it and said not to worry about. It had a result that showed as Incomplete bundle branch block and he refused to answer what could potentially cause that result to come out on an ekg. Since he didn't care to actually get to know me or or my symptoms, I tried to at least get information about hearth health and what I can look for considering the ekg result and he literally walked out of the room without saying bye or talking to me again.
Very unprofessional.
But guess what, he still had the nerve to bill me for the 3 minutes he spent on his phone during my appointment.
I won't be paying you a dime. I don't do business with people who don't contain morals.
