My mother used to be a patient there. Amanda the office manager called my mother one day while I was at her house. This lady was VERY VERY rude to my mother. I could NOT believe how rude she was to my mother. This lady had no idea I was even hearing the conversation with her. If I had the chance to jump through the phone this Amanda wouldn't of been being rude to her anymore if I could of helped it. My mother stood her ground and was polite to her as she was being a extremely rude to my mother. Then they decided to drop her as a patient for something that never even happened. Because the 2 incidents they were talking about never happened. I was there to witness that nothing of the sort even happened. And when Amanda called my mother to tell her these lies she was once again extremely rude to my mother. I wanted to go straight to that office and put this rude girl in her place and teach her some manners when it came to talking to people. She should not have a job if she talks to people like she spoke to my mother. She needs to go to a class that teaches people like her to be polite and not a rude you know what.
