Extremely impressed with the cardiology department. I was able to get my son, Max, in on short notice, each provider provided exceptional care to my son - they were so personable and good with kids. I trusted them and they demonstrated great knowledge - this was the cardiologist, his PA, and the ECHO technician last week on Wednesday. Even the ladies at the front desk were very pleasant and happy. I am A healthcare provider myself and left there EXTREMELY impressed and satisfied with the care. Highly recommend.

Dr. Daniel E. Miga fixed my nephew's heart valve several weeks ago (my nephew is 25 years old and was born with a heart defect). Dr. Miga explained the procedure and asked if we had any questions. He was professional and patient as he answered my nephew's questions. After the procedure my Nephew had "anesthesia delirium" and flailed wildly because he thought he was drowning. A code was called for "combative patient" and meds were given to calm my nephew. Throughout this entire episode Dr. Miga kept us informed in the waiting room. He went the extra mile to help my nephew recover. I could never thank Dr. Miga enough for his kind and gentle care. He never gave up on helping my family and nephew understand what happened. My nephew is healthily enjoying his life to the fullest now thanks to Dr. Miga.

Our PCP refered us to Banner for an EKG to review a new heart murmur. Dr Daniel Miga was immediately educating us from the moment he set foot in the door. He was fantastic with our son, patient, kind and hands down the best care provider we've ever seen at Banner or elsewhere. You could tell he is passionate about his field and genuinely happy to help patients. We left the appointment with confidence in the test results, and immediate answers to questions we didn't even think to ask. I'd say he went above and beyond, but I feel like that is just how amazing he treats every patient. Thank you!
