I can't praise this Practice enough. I have met with multiple Surgeons before. Their Personalities are usually Mechanical ,and Impersonal. They want to fix you, not really get to know you. This Practice from the Receptionist, Nurse and PA were kind knowledge and took the time to get to know me. The best part was the Doctor. My Surgery is going to be intense and I'm scared but Dr Kwon walked me through the process. He never made me feel rushed and answered all my questions. I'm still Nervous but I know I will get the best care and outcome with this DR...A+

I made an appointment with the doctor. I was asked to bring any documentation I had. I brought in a disk with the brain MRI. I was told the doctor was going to review this and give me a call within 2 weeks. I was told they would mail back the disk. They were going to schedule another test. None of the above has happened. Over a month or more later I recived a phone call for the office, they have not received anything for me and need to reschedule. Again, they had the disk I was asked to pick it up so I did. Now the morning of the appointment I recive another call asking me to bring in the disk so the doctor can go over it with me this morning. This is the way a doctors office treats there patients. When I spoke to the receptionist I was just given excuse that did not happen. Please, find another doctor before they hurt someone. This is the most disorganized uncaring doctor in town. They recived payment in cash, I received nothing in return. This is a doctors office? SAD!!!
