5 stars to Delaney & Maddie in Labor & Delivery! My grandbaby was born today at 2:58am and these young ladies were AMAZING! They were knowledgeable and professional every step of the way while still being compassionate and sensitive to their patient's needs. We are so thankful these remarkable nurses were working last night! Thank you for everything you do! Don't ever stop loving what you do, cause you rock!

I LOVED IT! When I was reading the reviews of the hospital, I was so terrified if I would visit the ER or not. But when I actually went to the ER, things were very different. The first appointment was unpleasant. I waited for three hours and I did not receive any help. The second appointment I got was very good. I did not have to wait. The practitioners and specialists admitted me to the ER and gave me appropriate medications and treatment. I am so happy and satisfied with the experience! Everyone is so kind. The staff is so humble and supportive. They understood my problems and were not at all rude. Thank you so much everyone! The desk aid, the practitioners, nurses, doctors, and radiologists! I love you all!

I would highly not recommend this hospital. I was admitted two days ago for a possible stroke. I was seen quickly and the ER department did everything they are supposed to do for a possible stroke. Once they determined I was stable that's when it changed. Most of the nursing staff was really good (most are traveling nurses) BTW. So no complaints in that area. However, I was supposed to be admitted into the hospital overnight for observation. That did not happen, I guess they didnt have enough beds. Instead they left me on a unstable and lopsided gurney for twelve hours. Finally around 3 am I had to demand a bed cause it was actually causing me to have neck and back pains from the gurney being so rocky. That really sucked. I was in the hospital for over 24hrs and was never given any food except for a sandwich with only a piece of cheese and deli meat cause the nurse felt bad. Then given some nasty cold food combo as an after thought. Around 1130 ish. I was admitted at 2 pm the day prior, and was cleared to eat that same night. I even asked when can I get something to eat. Staff said they would work on it. Never happened. Luckly l was able to call a friend to bring something cause I was so hungry. But yah I get it hospital food sucks. I then had to wait several hours more for them to complete one more test so that I could be released. That sucked. Finally when I was relased I was given a prescription for ear drops that I really needed that cost over 430 bucks. The insurance would not cover it I then spent another forty five minutes to an hour on the phone in pain in my car, trying to get a hold of this doctor to give me a different medication. The charge nurse and case manager actually reached out and told me that the doctor would not do anything to change the medication. And that was the only medication that could be prescribed. This is not true because I actually called my insurance company. And was told, there were other medications that could have been given. Talk about BS. When asked what I was supposed to do, I was basically told well, you can always come back to the ER. No thank you. I was left high and dry in pain with no help from this doctor or medical staff. Only to be told to come back and have to pay more money becuase the Dr. refused to give me a different medication. I was visiting a friend from out of town had to drive back to vegas with nothing for what appears to have been Vertigo. The Walgreens Pharmacy ( thats another story) no no help either. The next day I was finally able to get a different eardrop and antibiotic from my primary doctor. Kind of crazy how my doctor was able to give me something else in less then a day, I'm already starting to feel better and it didn't cost me four hundred and fifty dollars. This hospital is a joke. They suck money from you, overcharge you even when you have insurance. I have literally spent thousands and thousands of dollars at this hospital with Insurance. I have actually been able to prove I was overcharged and charged for things that were not completed. Make sure to ask for an itemized bill of everything that was completed because I guarantee you there's things that should not be on the bill. Avoid it at all costs.I moved out of the area and unfortunately got stuck having to still deal with this place never again. I would rather drive back to Vegas than deal with this place again.

My daughter Came here for some stitches. While the care was good, the billing is horrible. Paid early so we could get five dollars off. They have been trying to get me do repay the deductable for almost 7 months. The billing department is completely useless. Its so bad I would think twice about going to the hospital unless it is and emergency. EDIT 11/11/2025 Called the number left below. It is just a general number for the hospital. The woman that answered directed me to billing counseling where I had to leave a message. At ths point it might just be getting the run around. Will update when/if I get a call back.

I had a CT Scan today with contrast. That means an IV and I have a really hard time with getting an IV. Usually I have bruises all over my arms and a lot of pain. Not today. A young man named Ashton put an IV in my arm the first time he tried with little to no pain. After he was finished he told me he had only been doing that for 3 weeks. Thank you Ashton. What a wonderful young man!! By the way everyone at the hospital are friendly and know what they are doing.
