Had two surgeries by dr cervara. The second time around he cut a nerve in my leg said the pain would go away. Well acouple months later told him I wanted a second opinion he sent me to a dr in Phoenix who wanted to schedule yet another surgeries. I didn't have done because I'm scared to death. Yet I've been in constant pain for two years now.i called his office to see him I was told I was no longer his patient. He's a scumbag
