Over the past few years, I have been at KRMC for a number of issues. I had a stent installed, a Kidney stone, and most recently pancreatitis. Every time I was there, I got excellent treatment. the doctors were professional and explained everything well. All of the nurses and staff were excellent. I couldn't be happier with the care I received.

Took back to room and was immediately told I should sue the person who caused the trauma to my face. I didn't realize that paramedics were qualified to give legal advice, the fact that the hospital allows this behavior is disgusting, not to mention extremely unprofessional. I didn't go to the ER under advice from two independent Havasu physicians to be made as if following a doctor's orders is only something a moron would do. I guess it is common knowledge to know how to do nerve blocks and sutures. So shame on me. It also signifies the extreme incompetence of medical staff to NOT understand these are INTERNAL SUTURES. I needed EXTERNAL sutures. As soon as I assertively expressed I was not interested in a lawsuit, I was treated as if I was wasting their time. The medical assistant asked me why I was there and demanded I give her the doctor's name, which I was extremely uncomfortable with. I didn't sign any continuity of care or release to have Kingman contact said doctor and release medical information against my consent. I ended up walking out. My PCP who advised me to go to Kingman could not do anything the next day because it has been more than 12 hours and if he would have known Kingman was not going to properly treat me, he would have sutured me in office when I originally sought advise. Suggesting I need a patient advocate as if I cannot advocate for myself is insulting. I'm more than capable of communicating my needs, however I cannot make staff CARE about my needs.

I came into KRMC through the ER and was treated with excellent and expeditious staff from the minute I arrived throughout the next week I was there. Every single nurse, doctor and aide was professional, kind, and compassionate. The room I was placed in was clean and the bed was new, and it was cleaned every day. I was checked on hourly and every time I pushed my button someone came within seconds to care for me. I highly recommend this hospital as it is the best care I've received, and I've been to many. Even the food was good!

Waited for surgery consult since knee injury mid-July. Appt. 11-1-25. Showed up, it had been cancelled. They say they called me the day before yet nothing on my caller ID or answering machine. On 10-30-25 I received appt. confirmation and pre registration but they could not contact me 10-31-25 for cancelation? Why haven't I been referred outside KRMC for surgery consult since they obviously do not have the staffing capacity for timely treatment?

I have not had a personal experience with the hospital, but my son has and he is still in the hospital there. All the negative reviews would have made me fill uneasy, but after speaking to my son, he has been very well taken care of. My son is from Arkansas and had to have emergency surgery no family member there to help him through this unpredictable time. I was called by one of the nurses to let me know how he was doing and all of his vital signs, he has to take other test and processes but I was told of everything that was happening, and he is 20 hours and 17 minutes from any family. I pray that the staff continue to show grace and compassion in action as they have. God bless each Doctor, nurse and every staff member that uou be rewarded for your steadfast commitment to your call of helping others in their time of need. I thank you! Trying to make it to him asap to get him back home as soon as the Dr. give the word, and arrangements or made for him back home. I thank the Lord for you all. So grateful Mom!
