In April of this year my husband was diagnosed with COPD , emphysema and now AFib . We have gone thru several different Drs. This latest Dr is the only one who talked to us clearly and gave us compassion. We are elderly but that doesn't take away from such a life altering disease. Dr. Mathney at krmc is incredibly soft spoken while giving you the truth. My husband is also diagnosed with heart failure. The cardiologist we just saw is truly clear and precise. She is tops in my book .
waste of time guess they only work 2 weeks of each month and will blow off your appointment every time
Doctors are fine but if you call you'll wait all day on hols, they never pick it up, and I never get a reply to my voice mail.
Dr. Mahgoub is great. I was confused about test results in mychart and he returned my call on a Saturday to explain them to me.
I have always been treated with respect and compassion by the entire staff. When I need to get a script for my oxygen or other items I use they are on the ball. I see Ryan and am quite happy with the care i receive. It does take a while to get appointments, so don't miss one. Seldom have to wait beyond my appt time to be seen. Office and waiting room are clean and comfortable. I'd recommend them definitely.
