Sexist, fat phobic, and just plain rude. Wouldn't look at me, only spoke to my husband who wasn't the patient. Told me "just stop eating" when I said I needed cardiac clearance for gastric bypass surgery, and then "ok you want to take the easy way" which is incredibly ignorant especially for a doctor as there is nothing easy about choosing this path. Then spent 15 min. On the phone to his appliance repair person discussing his dishwasher and dryer. Then tried to dictate to my surgeon how they needed to get clearance as he refused to do so. By the way the things he said weren't even close to how the process works. Now I have to wait for another referral to another doctor, this time not in Kingman. I also reported him to my insurance and referreing doctor.

The actual staff is kind but Dr Bokari is a fatphobic embarrassment of a doctor who can barely communicate with his patients. I got a routine follow up pushed 6 weeks only to finally ask for my test results and be told I'm just fat and need to start an exercise program. I can barely walk without chest pains and I've had episodes that sent me to the hospital but I'm just too fat to get proper care I guess because god forbid anyone even slightly overweight ask to be taken seriously

My surgeon in Bullhead City sent me to this cardiologist to be cleared for knee surgery. The surgery is done without general anesthesia so I thought like before I'd have an EKG and the doctor would listen to my heart and lungs. But that wouldn't generate enough income so I had to return for an echo, nuclear stress test and a doctor visit all on separate days. Today was supposed to be that final visit. After waiting in an exam room for 40 minutes I overheard the staff saying the doctor wasn't there. When I asked at the front desk they said he was doing "scheduled procedures" at the hospital and they weren't sure when he'd arrive. The day I had the stress test I was feeling lousy an hour after I left and called back. They sent my call to the back where I got voice mail. 6 hours later and still feeling bad I phoned again and i would have received better information from a magic 8-ball. This is sad that Kingman has mostly doctors who are either uncaring, incompetent or both.

Great Dr. Knows his stuff. Staff is nice but long wait to see him but can't complain is the same with every Dr in Kingman.

This is a very caring doctor. May have to wait awhile but worth it. Excellent people Dr. Willing to take time to talk to you.
