Dr Zaiti, Is the Best! He always shakes your hand when he enters the room. Is very caring, listens, explains things, makes sure my questions are answered, orders tests, not just say all is ok. Besides my heart, is handling my veins. Very Happy he is at Phoenix Heart, and Dr Zaiti is an Excellent Doctor, you can trust.
The only thing that kept this from being a 5 is that I was told to have my family doctor send the results of my last cholesterol tests to Dr. Zaidi. I contacted family doctor and was told that Dr. Zaidi needs to request this information. Otherwise it was a very good appointment.
Love Dr. Zaidi! He gives good information and totally helps you understand and not feel anxious or stressed. He is also very thorough in his testing and actually cares.. that's hard to find nowadays.
Dr Zaidi is very thorough and answered all my questions. He listened and gave great advice. Always quick to get me back. Would recommend highly.
Check in was quite simple for a new patient. All the staff were friendly, courteous & professional. The Dr. was very thorough explaining everything to me & took his time talking with me & answering my questions.
