My mom went in this past week to have a stress test done. The tech was rude and also very disrespectful. He put the machine down on her while telling her to move it out the way. My mom was literally screaming at him in agony that he was hurting her shoulder and that she had rotator cuff surgery and he did nothing except look at her and criticize her. I truly disturbed looking at the other reviews that this is not the same tech who man handled someone else mom. This will not be taken lightly I will see to that the mistreatment of patients is taken care. This may not be the proper field that he should be in. If I could give a negative star. This is completely unacceptable coming from health care professionals.

The doctor was very rude to both me and my mother giving us dismissive glances and cutting me off whenever I tried to clarify something. She treated us like we didn't know anything, and it was an uncomfortable experience from start to finish. Interestingly, once she found out that I work in the medical field, her attitude completely changed. That kind of behavior is unprofessional and disappointing.

If I could give negative I would! The second tech that came in to review my moms eco and then decided she needed 2 more images so was rude barking orders at my mom to move up on the table and then when my mom was not fast enough for her the tech took it upon herself to manhandle her to move her where she wanted her. My mom did not deserve that. I'm am making the review her to let others know how the techs are here treating elderlies this way. I will be making a formal complaint as well, we've already made a complaint to the front desk.
